What an outstanding accomplishment. The Triangle Youth Jazz Ensemble takes second place in the Essentially Ellington competition at Jazz At Lincoln Center in NYC.
They were absolutely fantastic! I am proud of my son Avery and his bandmates - they worked hard and were swinging in Lincoln Center. It was thrilling to be there. Thanks for the post about it.
