MJQ TRIBUTE FRIDAY 9/14/18 SHARP NINE DURHAM

This is going to be five fine jazz musicians who have all experienced the education available at NCCU.  They will be playing the music of one of the most unique groups in music, the Modern Jazz Quartet.  I had the pleasure of seeing the MJQ live many years ago and these musicians have promised to make me feel like I was back experiencing it live all over again.  You can get tickets by going to http://www.durhamjazzworkshop.org/up-coming-concerts.html

Come join me for another outstanding jazz event here in the Durham Jazz Reservoir.

Also, you can still make suggestions regarding tunes for the set list.
